On the second day of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Five Ways to Wellbeing prompt us to give the gift of kindness, to look out for each other, and create a ripple effect. With research suggesting that anxiety is on the rise in Aotearoa, now’s a good time to talk about what it means, and how we help.
Dr Barbara Rysenbry, clinical psychologist at Umbrella Wellbeing Ltd, will kōrero on:

Thursday 21st September, 9.30 – 10.30am
Webinar and Q&A: “Connect over a collective approach to wellbeing: Insights from psychological science and Te Ao Māori” with clinical psychologist and Umbrella Facilitation Coach Dr Allanah Casey, and Cultural Advisor Tuukuru Tahana (Ngati Pikiao).
On the fourth day of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Five Ways to Wellbeing prompt us to connect with one another, strengthen our relationships, and engage in whakawhanaungatanga. One way to achieve this is by rethinking how we can take a collective approach to building wellbeing, rather than focusing on our individual journeys.
Join clinical psychologist, Dr Allanah Casey, and Cultural Advisor Tuukuru Tahana (Ngati Pikiao), to kōrero on insights from psychological science and Te Ao Māori.
This webinar is positioned towards all team members and people leaders.
.We look forward to seeing you there! Please note that this webinar will be recorded.
This Mental Health Awareness Week we are thrilled to share a sample chapter of our brand-new book, and a free trial module from our InFlow eLearning. These resources will help you to keep learning about wellbeing and how to make a positive impact in your life and the lives of others.
