GWRC engaged Umbrella to provide resilience training for all staff, delivered to operational teams in their geographic locations. The training and follow-up was a proactive wellbeing initiative designed to equip staff with practical skills in their diverse roles. Following the roll-out across the organisation, resilience training is provided for new staff as they join the GWRC.
